6-18-26    THOUGHTS                                      

We were not created to walk around numb and self centered.  1John 1:7   but if we walk in the Light as He Himself is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin.  We are encouraged to “be careful in our walk” of life.  God’s WAY is an intentional AWAKE WALK!  We need to make the most of our time and efforts.  We need to be WISE!  


Eph 5:13-17    But all things become visible when they are exposed by the light, for everything that becomes visible is light.  14  For this reason it says, "Awake, sleeper, And arise from the dead, And Christ will shine on you." 15  Therefore be careful how you walk, not as unwise men but as wise, 16  making the most of your time, because the days are evil.  17  So then do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is.

Our Prayer:
Help us, O God, to acquire the traits we read about this morning.  May Christ shine on us!  May we allow Your word to always prepare us for an awakened , enlightened life.  As we are created in Your image, may we show Your Image to our world!  We praise and love and give thanks to You...  In the name of our Savior,   Amen.
